Dough Bros is taking over Hong Kong, and while I see the appeal, I don't quite get it. Stopped by to try both their pizza and doughnuts:
- Pizza: Love how you can combine two flavours at only a slightly higher price. Settled on the Sophisticated and the Truffle. Of the two, I liked the truffle more since it had the stronger flavour. The pizza itself though was disappointing - overly chewy and floppy. It was also really pricey for the size. Funnily enough, it was the side sauces that were the standout item, with the garlic being chef's kiss good.
- Doughnuts: Great dough - tasty, with a crisp on the outside to complement the soft interior. Fillings were generous, albeit a bit too sweet for my taste. Pricey for what you get.
Mainly a takeout spot. This location has a few barstools you can sit at, but walk a minute and there's an open plaza with tables to sit at.

They specialise in sourdough pizzas that are made-to-order, and finger-licking good doughnuts.
Pizza crusts are crispy outside, and chewy with a slight tang; they are generous with their ingredients, making sure you taste all the flavors in every bite!
Their dipping sauces is the highlight though. Just dip your slice of pizza in it and taste goodness.
We tried [ The BBQ Chicken ] and [ The Pepperoni Supreme ] this time but [ The Truffle ] and [ The Maui Wowie ] are also my favs.

I ordered The works ($158) and The Truffle ($168). Both are great! The smell of the truffle is quite strong and nice! If you like strong flavour, u should pick the truffle!
I also ordered Filled Doughnuts ($98@3). Both custard, chocolate and jam taste good and not too sweet! I like custard the most.
Pizza, beignetssssssss, would eat 10 if calories didn't exist. I got 2 pizzas, one is a snack the other one is diner. The taste is 🔥, it's amazing a simple piece of dough can change your mood. It's not just food, it's medicine for your mind. Have a bite and you will immediately smile 😁 …

Been pizza hopping all over wan chai and dough bros really did not disappoint. …
Being in the area and in the mood for pizza and did a quick pick up! Ordered The Works $158 and The Parma, both were delicious and fresh from the oven. The doughnuts were crispy on the outside, and the Nutella filling was really yummy.
